Registration and Orders

Once you open the E-boutique page you can easily start putting together your order. You do not have to be registered or connected to your account to fill in your box and see most of the products available. You will have an opportunity to register when you proceed to payment of the order.

Making an Order

Once you have put the products in your shopping basket and have personalised your parcel, you will be asked to give the delivery address for your order. You will see that an estimated shipping cost is given at a very early stage in the buying process. This is the minimum cost for sending the product you have chosen to put in your shopping basket. The postcode for the final destination of your parcel will be used to calculate the exact shipping cost everywhere in Europe.

If you have put several products in your basket, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your order. These costs are highly competitive and have been optimised to give you the greatest possible access to our products. Payment

Once you have given the delivery address and the total cost of the order has been calculated, you will be asked to enter the number of your Visa card or MasterCard in the appropriate fields. You will also be asked for the expiry date of your card and the verification code on the back of the card.

A last summary will be displayed before the finalisation of your order. You will be asked to read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale before validating your order.

Return of Products

We send extremely fresh products by express delivery under special conditions, and the products cannot be returned to the workshop if you change your mind: therefore, once your order has been validated, on principle it cannot be cancelled.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us at customercare@marcolini.be. We shall arrange for the product to be returned and will credit your card immediately. We can also send you another product following the regular ordering procedure.
