Sicilian almonds toasted in the old style. They are caramelised, coated in Gianduja made from cream and then dusted with cocoa.

Notes of fruit and nuts. Slightly bitter, releasing a faint coffee aroma when they are being toasted in our workshop.

Marcona almonds from Spain. This variety of almonds is low in fat and is highly appreciated for its sweet flavour and crunchy texture.
