Croustillant Fondant
A thin leaf of crisp nougatine with slivered almonds coated with a fine layer of caramel and a blend of Ecuador and Ghana chocolate with cocoa liqueur made from an outstanding Criollo Porcelana beans.
- Characteristic taste:
Notes of fresh almonds, fruit and nuts, caramel, with a hint of salt. Particularly well-balanced. Subtle, direct and rich.
- Cocoa bean type:
A blend of Nacional beans from the Puerto Romero hacienda in the Los Rios region of Ecuador and Forestero from Ghana, with cocoa liqueur using Criollo beans from the Finca las Joyas estate in Mexico.

The Marcona almonds come from Spain and are appreciated for their strong flavour and low fat content.
