Citronettes
Strips of Menton lemons coated with a blend of two exceptional chocolates from South America and Africa. The citronettes are sprinkled with tiny pieces of cocoa bean.
- Characteristic taste:
You will enjoy the balance between the crunchiness of the cocoa bean chips and the tenderness of the crystallised lemon with its slightly tart, fresh note. The purity of the blend roasted in our workshop gives a bitter touch which attenuates the sweetness.
- Cocoa bean type:
A blend of Nacional beans from the Puerto Romero hacienda in Los Rios (Ecuador) and Forestero from Ghana, with cocoa liqueur using Criollo beans from the Finca las Joyas estate in Mexico.
